# Profile Explorer

Profile Explorer module in Pinsearch gives you an overview and different stats of the any Pinterest profile.

To get started, all you have to do is copy and paste any valid pinterest profile into the module.

The profile link can be copied directly from Pinterest and should be in this format: *<https://pinterest.com/username>*

Once you press Explore, Pinsearch will crawl and process the profile and extract some very useful information about it.

You will be able to see basic profile stats like followers, following, and monthly profile views.

It will also show you how many pins the profile has posted, how many boards it has, does it post video and story pins or not and how much reach it is getting per month.

If there is a verified website domain connected with the profile (as most business profiles have), you will also see the estimated traffic that the profile gets from Pinterest to its domain (This estimate is based on an algorithm I have developed after analyzing 100s of Pinterest only blogs in different niches across Pinterest.)

On the left-hand side, you will see some **Recent performance numbers**. These are the average number of saves, repins, and comments for the most recent 100 pins the profile has posted. Below that, you will be able to **see the dominant color for each pin**. Pinterest assigns a dominant color to each pin. You can use this to see which colors are working best for your competitors and adopt their strategy for the same audience.

You will also see **Recent Topics** below the Activity Cards. These are the recent topics the profile has posted on and can give you a sense of the latest trends your competitors are covering.

Below that you will get a collage of **top 100 most recent pins** uploaded by the profile. This is a good place to keep tab on your competitors and see what they are creating these days.

You can also add a specific competitor to a Project you have created for some topic.
